Dale Given began acting in 1985 at age 33.  Prior to his professional acting career, Dale owned and operated several successful businesses in Ohio.  He’s a businessman trapped inside the body of an actor and he’s happy about that.  Dale likes to joke that a previous career in sales prepared him for theatre since, as he says, sales is acting! 

His involvement in the entertainment industry is not limited to the stage.  Dale’s experience includes set design and construction, as well as directing which makes him an actor who knows the business and understands the different facets coming together for a production. 

Born and raised in the Midwest, Dale states that he did not choose acting but rather acting chose him.  He’s been bitten and this is it for him.  If he’s not acting, he’s doing nothing but thinking of the next stop down the road.
